Something needs fixing? Here’s how it works. Describe the job in a sentence. bidit writes up the details for you.
Choose up to three local providers to invite. Check their reviews, badges and past work. They send you their prices.
Compare them, ask questions in the app, and pick the one you want. You pay into escrow, and the provider is paid only after you confirm the job is done. Posting a job is free.
Let’s create your bidit account. Go to app.bidit.services and tap “Sign up”. Make sure “I want to hire a pro” is selected. Enter your first name, your email and a password, then tap “Create customer account”.
You can also continue with Google or Apple. bidit emails you an eight-digit code. Type it in and tap “Confirm account”. You’re in.
Let’s post your first job.
On Home, describe what you need in your own words, or tap an example to start. Then tap “Post a job”. bidit picks the right service and writes a title. If it guessed wrong, tap “change”.
Next, tell us where the work is. Choose your country, province and city, then add your barangay and street. Providers only see your city. Your street address stays private.
Save it to your account to skip this next time. Choose where the work happens, and when you need it. You’ll confirm the exact day with your provider before anything is signed. A budget is optional, and it’s only for you.
Providers never see it, so it won’t anchor their bids.
Tap “Find providers”. Posting is free. Then add a couple of photos. They help providers price the job.
Now choose who gets to bid.
These are providers who do this kind of job, cover your area, and are free when you need them. The order is random, so look at each one: rating, jobs completed, badges and past work. Tap a badge to see what it means. Use the filters to narrow the list, for example to highly rated providers.
Pick up to three, then tap “Send invitations”.
Done. Your job page shows where things stand. Most bids arrive within a day or two, and we’ll email you when one lands.
When providers bid, their offers appear on your job page. Each bid shows the price, how long the job will take, and a note from the provider. Questions? Tap “Message” to ask in the app. Keeping the conversation in bidit puts everything on record.
When you’re ready, tap “Choose this pro” on the bid you want. The other providers are told the job has been filled. Next, agree a date. Pick a day and tap “Propose date”.
Your provider confirms it. Then read the agreement and sign. Once you’ve both signed, it’s time to pay.
